We are actively investigating an issue involving FedEx LTL shipping rates returning higher than expected. For any orders placed with FedEx LTL during this period, we will review the rate you were charged and issue a refund for any amount more than what you should have been charged. It's our priority to make sure you're charged fairly for shipping, and we'll take direct action to ensure that happens.
